Abstract
⺠Synthesis of BaxSr1âxTiO3 using the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. ⺠Sr/Ba substitution increases PL emission intensity (higher structural disorder). ⺠Greater local disorder for the samples with 25% Ba fosters oriented crystal growth. ⺠Different clusters [TiO5]-[TiO6] organization leads to different morphologies ⺠Meso, poly and single crystals are observed in micro- and nano-scale.
