Abstract
⺠The EV2+ cationic guest form stable inclusion complex with TMeQ[6] host. ⺠Pseudorotaxane and dumbbell-like structure between EV2+ and TMeQ[6] were found. ⺠TMeQ[6] cavity can accommodate the alkyl chain and the aromatic group simultaneously.
