Abstract
âºNano-particle arrays were transformed into nano-pore arrays by controlled oxidations. ⺠Oxidized particles remain in the formed nano-porous oxide layer. ⺠Theoretical calculations describe the overall oxidation process. ⺠Tunable properties of the formed nano-porous oxide layer allow various applications.
