Abstract
► The process of light-induced electrons transfer across the complex interface (TCO/TiO2 + EL interface). ► EIS are used to characterize kinetic behavior of electron transfer the TCO/TiO2 interface successfully. ► The collection of electrons is limited by the electron transport in the nano-TiO2 porous film.
