Abstract
⺠Keratin-based micro-tubes were investigated by 1H and 13C NMR methods. ⺠The micro-tubes are characterized by rigid, interfacial and amorphous fractions. ⺠13C NMR reveals the significant presence of beta-sheet morphology in micro-tubes.
