Abstract
⺠Conductive single-wall carbon nanotube films with ultra-high transparency are grown. ⺠Ferritin is used as catalyst and ethanol as carbon feed. ⺠Catalyst annealing and concentration influence catalyst particle sizes. ⺠Different catalyst particle sizes lead to different film morphologies. ⺠Different film morphologies result in differences in conductivity and transparency.
