Abstract
► Conductive single-wall carbon nanotube films with ultra-high transparency are grown. ► Ferritin is used as catalyst and ethanol as carbon feed. ► Catalyst annealing and concentration influence catalyst particle sizes. ► Different catalyst particle sizes lead to different film morphologies. ► Different film morphologies result in differences in conductivity and transparency.
