Abstract
⺠Capillarity driven pattern formation is modeled using a spring-block model. ⺠The dynamics leading to self-organized nanobristle patterns is revealed. ⺠Role of the relevant forces in the pattern formation phenomenon is investigated. ⺠Influence of the controllable parameters on the final structures is predicted.
