Abstract
⺠The adsorption of PDMS is sensitive to small changes in surface characteristics. ⺠Vapor pressure is enhanced at low temperatures and depressed at high temperatures. ⺠The adsorption of water on silica is not affected much by the presence of PDMS. ⺠However, the adsorption of PDMS on silica is affected by the presence of water.
