Abstract
⺠We studied FRET between Cy3 and Cy 5 on dsDNA from 4 to 50 °C. ⺠The data was simulated according to the orientation-dependent model. ⺠Dyes are caped on the DNA duplex even at room temperature. ⺠Random motion makes more contribution at higher temperature.
