Abstract
⺠Photosensitized solar cells based on silver-indium-sulfide (AgInS2) QDs has been demonstrated for the first time. ⺠Electron injection from photoexcited AgInS2 QDs to TiO2 is energetically favorable and produces photocurrents accordingly. ⺠Non-toxic heavy-metal-free quantum dot sensitizers.
