Abstract
⺠Prepare porous tin oxide by anodic oxidation method. ⺠Formation mechanism is discussed based on the different reactions. ⺠Raman shows an abnormal peak at 693 cmâ1. ⺠PL peak at 600 nm originates from oxygen vacancies.
