Abstract
⺠Explanation of the mechanism of the self-assembly of diamond nanoparticles to silicon by simple electrostatic attraction. ⺠Monodisperse colloids realised with positive and negative zeta potentials. ⺠Very high nucleation density achieved for nanocrystalline diamond growth. ⺠Very low density achieved for discrete single photon sources.
