Abstract
⺠PCR amplification is affected by structures of magnetic nanoparticle lusters. ⺠The structures and dynamics of clusters are transformed by external magnetic fields. ⺠PCR efficiency is regulated by the rotating magnetic field frequency. ⺠Magnetic nanoparticles in magnetic fields will be useful in medical applications.
