Abstract
⺠The electronic energy levels of PCDTBT on Au and PCDTBT on PEDOT:PSS substrates are described. ⺠The vacuum level shift shows a difference depending on the metal and organic substrates. ⺠The energy level relaxation of PCDTBT interfaces occurs both for the metal and the organic substrates.
