Abstract
► The electronic energy levels of PCDTBT on Au and PCDTBT on PEDOT:PSS substrates are described. ► The vacuum level shift shows a difference depending on the metal and organic substrates. ► The energy level relaxation of PCDTBT interfaces occurs both for the metal and the organic substrates.
