Abstract
⺠First determination of the rate coefficients of the reactions of OH with ethyl vinyl ketone and vinyl propionate under atmospheric conditions. ⺠The rate coefficient of the reaction of OH with ethyl vinyl ketone agrees with an absolute value and SAR estimations reported in literature. ⺠There is a good correlation between the rate coefficients of the OH reactions with unsaturated carbonyl with the ionization potentials of the VOC. ⺠The VOCs studied react mainly with OH radicals with lifetimes of few hours.
