Abstract
⺠Development and use of in situ XANES cell for 500 °C in NO or air. ⺠Lanthanum strontium cuprates with varying Sr/La ratios, potential deNOx catalysts. ⺠Increase of Sr/La leads to increase of Cu(III)/Cu(II) and change of oxygen vacancies. ⺠From air to NO at 500 °C, copper did not change significantly in La2CuO4. ⺠In La1.85Sr0.15CuO4, copper was reduced, under these conditions.
