Abstract
⺠Deuteration alters the thermal behaviour of ammonium perchlorate. ⺠Rates of thermal decomposition decrease in the sequence N[H/D]4ClO4 > NH4ClO4 > ND4ClO. ⺠Results support the hypothesis of proton transfer at the intersection of dislocations.
