Abstract
⺠Effect of light on structural/morphological properties of photoactive layers for OPVs. ⺠Time resolved X-ray, AFM and FTIR cross monitoring techniques were applied. ⺠The crystallization kinetics of the organic film molecules was followed in real time. ⺠A comprehensive picture of the chemical/physical process concurring to the devices photo-activelayers aging was gained.
