Abstract
⺠Se microtubes array was synthesized via a vapor deposition method using only Se powder. ⺠The microtubes were characterized by Raman, XRD, SEM, TEM and UV-vis spectroscopy. ⺠The growth mechanism for the array was proposed through SEM-TEM images. ⺠The photoconductivity of the array encapsulated in PVA matrix was successfully tested.
