Abstract
⺠InN nanoparticles deposited on 5-8.5 μm TiO2 nanoparticle films enhance the quantum efficiency of DSSC using N3 with 10-20%. ⺠A 3μm thick InN/TiO2 solar cells have only 0.2-0.4% efficiencies under one sun to 9mW/cm2 incident light. ⺠The result of a model calculation showed that the N3 dye can adsorb strongly on both TiO2 and InN surfaces.
