Abstract
⺠Better understanding of the interface junction between anatase and rutile TiO2. ⺠Kelvin probe results revealed the formation of built-in field at the interface. ⺠The characteristics of photo-generated charge carriers were examined by SPV. ⺠The dynamics of photo-generated charge carriers were examined by TPV. ⺠The role of the interface junction was further testified through SPV and TPV.
