Abstract
⺠Dielectric constant of water at low frequencies. ⺠It is found that there is a frequency where the dielectric constant does not change with temperature. ⺠We called this the isopermitive point. ⺠At this point, the effects of ions and dipoles in the dielectric response of water compensate each other.
