Abstract
⺠Thermal properties of CNT composites simulated with Monte Carlo methods. ⺠CNT-polystyrene (PS) thermal resistance calculated with matching to experiments. ⺠Thermal resistance found to increase with temperature. ⺠CNT-CNT thermal resistance found to be almost 5 times the CNT-PS resistance. ⺠CNT-CNT thermal resistance is detrimental to heat transfer in high vol.% composites.
