Abstract
⺠TiO2 nanotube membranes are synthesized via two-step anodization. ⺠The conductivity at the barrier layer is enhanced by NH4Cl treatment. ⺠Cu2O/TiO2p-n heterojunctions are created through electrodeposition. ⺠Such system can be a promising candidate of photovoltaics, batteries, etc.
