Abstract
⺠A single water molecule does not catalyze the glyoxal + OH reaction ⺠VOC-water complexation step is essential in the determination of the water-assisted glyoxal + OH reaction. ⺠Pseudo-second-order kinetics must be used in the determination of the water-assisted glyoxal + OH reaction.
