Abstract
⺠Graphene oxide sheets were chemically functionalized with N-(trimethoxysilylpropyl) ethylenediamine triacetic acid and then reduced. ⺠The non-aqueous soluble reduced graphene oxide was converted to water-soluble by linked EDTA-silane. ⺠A well-layered structure EDTA-reduced graphene oxide film with high electrical conductivity has been prepared.
