Abstract
⺠Two-photon absorption is not a likely mechanism for the photolysis of sulfuric acid in the atmosphere. ⺠Two-photon transition strength shows less than expected variation with wavelength of the two photons. ⺠A method for calculating the two-photon J-values is suggested.
