Abstract
⺠Low energy electrons induce fragmentation of isoxazole molecules. ⺠Diatomic fragments are vibrationally and rotationally excited. ⺠Excited hydrogen atoms are efficiently eliminated in fragmentation processes. ⺠The isoxazole ring opens in the first step of fragmentation.
