Abstract
⺠In the present paper, a comprehensive study on L X-ray fluorescence parameters of compounds of 5d transition elements was performed. ⺠The deviations in the results were interpreted according to the chemical effect and the multiply ionization effect. ⺠The information obtained from experimental results of the L X-ray fluorescence parameters for different elements is very important in the study of some basic phenomena, in atomic, molecular and radiation physics and in non-destructive trace element analysis of various samples using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (ED-XRF).
