Abstract
⺠The double layer and diffusion layer are decoupled for large electrodes. ⺠If this decoupling is accurate, the zero-field approximation applies. ⺠If kinetics are fast, the position of electron transfer does not affect the voltammetry.⺠If kinetics are slow, a fuller treatment is required due to 'Frumkin corrections'.
