Abstract
⺠Alcohols are arranged flat on closed nanotubes. ⺠Qualitative agreement between surface area of tubes from nitrogen and alcohols is observed. ⺠Alcohols adsorption can be recommended for surface area measurements as cheaper alternative to nitrogen.
