Importance of the hybrid orbital operator derivative term for the energy gradient in the fragment molecular orbital method

We introduce an important missing term in the FMO energy gradients, the HOP derivative term. The new gradients are improved by one order of magnitude from the conventional gradients and should always be used for the geometry optimization and the MD simulation.
