Abstract
⺠SWNTs were separated into highly enriched metallic and semiconducting factions. ⺠The metallic fraction was used in the fabrication of neat nanotube films of various optical transmittances, for which the results consistently demonstrated their much better performance than that of the films from non-separated mixtures ⺠The milestone thus achieved already (surface resistivity values lower than 100 Ω/sq at 80% optical transmittance) promises great potentials for this nanotube technology.
