Abstract
⺠The resonance Raman intensity for radial breathing mode as a function of diameter and chiral angle within extended tight binding scheme. ⺠Excitonic effect of the intensity is enhanced by the curvature and trigonal warping effects. ⺠The chirality dependence of RBM intensity shows that zigzag (and smaller diameter) nanotube gives much larger RBM intensity than near armchair (and larger diameter) nanotube.
