Abstract
A novel method for the luminescence detection with in situ electrochemical tuning under the excitation of CW green laser has been developed based on the investigation of photoluminescence properties of [Ru(bpy)2tatp]2+ (bpy = 2,2â²-bipyridine, tatp = 1,4,8,9-tetra-aza-triphenylene) in the absence and presence of DNA on polyaniline/ITO surfaces. The photoluminescence intensity of DNA-[Ru(bpy)2tatp]2+ conjugates is enhanced by applied electrode potentials.
