Abstract
⺠Thermal conductivities of different compositions in the Sn-Ag-In ternary alloy have been measured. ⺠Solid-liquid and grain boundary energies have been determined for solid Sn solution in the Sn-Ag-In ternary alloy. ⺠The Gibbs-Thomson coefficient for Sn solution have been determined.
