Abstract
The generation, structure, and partial gas-phase infrared spectra of a triple ion [(CH3)4N+·PF6-·(CH3)4N+], consisting of two ammonium ions and a hexaflourophosphate counterion, are probed using a combination of experimental and theoretical methods.
