Abstract
The S1 â S0 hole-burning and excitation spectra have been measured for jet-cooled α, Ï-dithienylethylene (DTE) and α, Ï-dithienylbutadiene (DTB) vapors to identify the rotational isomers. By measuring the hole-burning spectra, we were able to separate the bands of the two rotational isomers of these molecules.
