Theoretical prediction and the characters of a new type of weak interaction: A single-electron sodium bond system with H-Be as an electron donor and Na-Y (YÂ =Â H, OH, F, CCH, CN and NC) as electron acceptors

A new weak interaction system of HBe⋯Na-Y (Y = H, OH, F, CCH, CN and NC) have been studied in this paper by using MP2, NBO, AIM and EMP theories. This work should be interesting for future theoretical investigations and experimental works, which can also enrich the theory of weak interaction.
