Abstract
It was shown that the porphyrin nanoparticles and CdSe nanoparticles conjugate to each other producing striking spectral changes in the fluorescence spectra. These experiments suggest that the luminescence bands due to porphyrin nanoparticles are enhanced in intensity at the cost of CdSe nanoparticles related fluorescence. A new fluorescence peak appeared when the CdSe nanoparticles concentration was low and zinc tetra phenyl porphyrin nanoparticles were large in quantity in the solution.
