Abstract
⺠For Y3Al5O12 nanoceramics, the FT-IR and Raman spectra were described. ⺠No phase decomposition nor grain growth were observed during sintering process. ⺠Slight changes in vibrational spectra were registered for samples sintered at high pressures. ⺠Partial amorphization of nanoceramics was suggested.
