Abstract
⺠The first heteronuclear dipolar recoupling method proposed not requiring intense 1H decoupling.⺠The method is based on simple cross-polarization methods, being the most popular sequences and very easy to implement.⺠The method is very useful for studies of expensive 13C,15N isotope-labelled proteins, for which intense 1H irradiation may cause sample heating and detoriation.⺠Demonstration of the method on U-13C,15N labelled GB1 and amyloid fibrils formed by the NFGAILSS fragment of amylin with 13C,15N labelling on the FGAIL fragment.
