Abstract
ZnO/TiO2 bottlebrush nanostructures have been prepared by a two-step process with hydrothermal method and magnetron sputtering technique. The bottlebrush structures were formed with a low deposition rate and vapor-solid transformation mechanism. The ZnO/TiO2 bottlebrush nanostructures with a suitable length of TiO2 nanowires showed an enhanced PL peak from TiO2 due to the resonant effect.
