Abstract
Our 3-D graphical representation of protein sequences is considered as walks over the intersections of 20 latitude-like circles and n longitude-like circles of a unit sphere's surface area. A good visualization is obtained from our sphere's center view. (a), (b) Bottom view of the upper half sphere of protein I and protein II respectively. (c), (d) Top view of the lower half sphere protein I and protein II respectively. Black spots: similar amino acids in two proteins. Red spots: different amino acids in protein I. Blue spots: different amino acids in protein II.158
