Abstract
In this Letter, charge transfer effect on the K and L X-ray intensity ratios, production cross-sections and fluorescence yield of Co, Cu and Ag atoms in alloy films were investigated, respectively. (a) Typical K X-rays spectra for Co0.25Cu0.74Ag0.01. (b) A residue spectrum with respect to K X-ray spectra of Co0.25Cu0.74Ag0.01.
