Abstract
By using a discharge flow-tube system, we determine the rate constants of reactions of Cl atoms with EVE (C2H5OC2H3) and PVE (C3H7OC2H3) under different conditions (253-298Â K, 0.5-1.8Â Torr). The results demonstrate that reactions of EVE and PVE with Cl atoms may play a significant role for the degradation of EVE and PVE.
