Abstract
The mechanism of the synergy effect of the electric field and magnetic field on fluorescence. The energy separation between the fluorescent state and the radical-ion state (RIP) is affected by electric fields and the singlet and triplet interaction of RIP is affected by magnetic field, resulting in the synergy effect on fluorescence.
