Abstract
In this Letter, we report results from a detailed analysis of dopant adsorption and diffusion on surfaces of ZnSe nanocrystals, focusing on Mn dopants on ZnSe(0Â 0Â 1) nanocrystal surface facets, and discuss their implications for dopant incorporation into the growing nanocrystals.
