Abstract
The Ga-Zn-In-O-N complex oxynitride has an absorption band near 600 nm, which is longer than that of (Ga1âxZnx)(N1âxOx) having the same Zn/Ga concentration, and photocatalyzes H2 and O2 evolution under visible light (λ > 400 nm) in the presence of an appropriate electron donor or accepter.
