Abstract
Upon photo-excitation of 4â²-N,N-diethylamino-3-hydroxyflavone, dual emission from the normal and tautomer forms were observed. By time resolved fluorescent measurements, the solvation dynamics and proton transfer kinetics in the excited state were observed in room temperature ionic liquids.
